Returns And Refunds

At Liveinstyle.co.nz customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return letter on the reverse of your invoice within 10 business days of receipt.

How To Return An Item

Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt in new condition. Items must not be used , must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be odor-free (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4. When we receive your return item we will email you with a confirmation.
5. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
6. Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30% FEE.

Return Exceptions

• that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• We do not accept returns outside of New Zealand. This is because of the costs of customs fees and taxes on re-entry back into NZ. 

• Where the products are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either:
1. repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee;
2. replace the products;
3. give you a full refund. 

This is at our discretion.
• We do not refund or exchange items that have been specifically custom made for you or has been sized to your requirements etc. 

• Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear and any damaged caused by accidental or non-accidental damage.

Restocking Fee

All the items we sell are in new condition. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved. Therefore, to maintain our standard of excellent prices and service, we charge a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price (discounts from promotions and shipping fees are non-refundable). The remaining amount will be issued back to the original method of payment. Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 1-2 weeks for an email confirmation of the refund status.
However, if you wish to exchange your items, no restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or design. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and delivery fee.
